The Short Story of Fifth Ounce
It began with a simple obsession — to create fragrances that feel like memories. Not the kind you buy off a shelf, but the kind that stop you in your tracks and make you ask, “What is that?”
Fifth Ounce was founded by a small collective of perfumers who refused to compromise. We travelled from the rose valleys of Bulgaria to the oud forests of Assam, collecting ingredients that most houses would consider too rare or too expensive. We didn't set out to build a brand. We set out to build a legacy.
Every fragrance in our collection is composed with obsessive attention to detail, matured to perfection, and bottled only when it meets our impossible standard. We don't release dozens of scents a year. We release a handful — each one a world unto itself.
